FairBrix: How to Mine FBX

Step 1. Find the ASIC Miner IP Address

Method 1 (Router): Log in to your router and check the connected devices list to find the miner's IP address.

Method 2 (App): Use a network scanning app like Fing to find your miner's IP.

Step 2. Access the Miner’s Web Interface

Open a browser and enter the miner’s IP address (e.g., 192.168.x.x).
Log in with the default username and password (usually both are root or admin).

Step 3. Configure the Pool Settings

Go to the “Pool Settings” or “Miner Configuration” section.
Enter the Pool URL (e.g., stratum+tcp://pool.example.com:3333).
Enter your Worker Username (e.g., yourusername.worker1) and Password (often x or 1234).
Save the settings.

Step 4. Save & Connect

After saving, the miner will try to connect to the pool.
Check the status page for connection updates.

Step 5. Monitor the Miner

Check the miner’s dashboard for hash rate and status.
Log in to your pool’s website to check your worker’s performance.

Step 6. Fine-Tune Settings (Optional)

If desired, adjust the miner’s power and fan settings for better performance or energy savings.

Step 7. Security & Maintenance

Change the default password for security.
Regularly clean your miner and keep an eye on firmware updates.

Step 8. Start Mining

Your miner will begin mining. Check your pool account to track earnings.
